Changes in dietary recommendations over the past fifty-years has led many parents to provide a diet that is lacking in many of these critical nutrients for the proper development and function of the brain. A comparison of the composition of the brain to the diets recommended exposes the major risk for the many forms of autism and other neurological disorders.
